We start the Bikini Prep Show day vlog going to Washington DC for the Ben Weider Natural where 4 IFBB Pro's, 1 Figure, 3 Bikini Competed along with 4 NPC Bikini Competitors. Lawna Dunbar ended up winning the NPC Overall Title and became a new IFBB Bikini Pro. Day 2 I flew to Florida for the Atlantic Coast Championships where 3 IFBB Bikini Pro's Competed along with 2 NPC Bikini and 2 NPC Wellness. Alena Perez won the NPC Bikini Overall Title.
